EquaCare’s software is currently available through individual-professional or organization license agreement. Professional users, including lawyers, social workers and geriatric care managers, can purchase a limited number of uses, or an annual usage allotment, under an “Individual Professional Use Agreement.” User names and passwords are protected and may not be shared with non-authorized users. Organizations can purchase an “Organization License Agreement” for a limited number of annual uses, with subsequent-year maintenance agreements.

Prices for limited use agreements are set on a price-per-use basis. The more annual uses purchased, the lower the average price-per-use. The same applies to maintenance agreements.
